As I stated in my first cookbook, I am a graduate from the “mmfk” of Culinary of Arts. That is “my mother’s and father’s kitchen!”
I have cooked for one thousand people and a simple family of two. Preparing a meal has gotten easier I feel, and the fun is still there. It is rewarding when you see the smiles of those you love eating your dishes.
